Abstract: The research aimed to study the food &#xD;

behavior correlation of the overweight of &#xD;
&#xD;
undergraduate students, Home Economics &#xD;
&#xD;
Technology, Rajamanggala University of &#xD;
&#xD;
Technology Phra nakhon. The samples of this &#xD;
&#xD;
study were 171 overweight of undergraduate &#xD;
&#xD;
students, Bacheloe's Degree. The Purposive &#xD;
&#xD;
Sampling were used. A tests and &#xD;
&#xD;
questionnaires were used to gather the data. &#xD;
&#xD;
The data were analyzed using &#xD;
&#xD;
frequency,percentage,mean,standard &#xD;
&#xD;
deviation and Pearson' Product Moment &#xD;
&#xD;
Correlation.&#xD;
The study found that :&#xD;
1. 60.3 percent of the sample had the &#xD;
knowledge of food at good level.&#xD;
2. The sample had food consumption &#xD;
behaveior  at moderate level.&#xD;
3. Knowledge of food and food consumption &#xD;
behavior were not related to the overweight.

    <summary type="text">Title: Knowledge and Consumption Behavior of Food Considered Risk Factor Leading to Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: The research aimed to : Study the risk personal data leading to diabetes mellitus. Study knowledge about diabetes mellitus and Study food consumption behavior of Ramamangala University of Teachnology Phranakorn officails. Tests and questionnaires were used to gathe the data from Ramamangala University of Technology Phranakorn officials, academic year 2009 and 217 samples were used following Purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using percentile, mean and standard deviation. The study found that  1. 55.8% of the sample were female and 23.5% were 36-40 years old, 42.47 were the mean age of the samples. The Mass Body Index 46.5% of the sample were normal and 21.2% had height mass body fat index. In the next 12 years 33.2% had of the sample or 1 in 12 person were at risk of having diabetes mellitus. They were supposed to exercise frequently, keep normal body weights and check blood  pressures.   2. 24.3% of the sample had diabetes mellitus knowledge of minimum passing standard. 13.14  points was mean of the sample and 4.72 was the standard deviation.  3. The sample group food consumpion behavior was considered at risk leading to diabetes mellitus at moderate level. 3.31 was the standard deviation.

    <summary type="text">Title: Investigating Consumers’ Behavior and Consumers’ Satisfaction to Assess the Khun Or Nam Neung Chock Chai 4 Restaurant

Abstract: The objective of the independent study was investigating consumers’ behavior and consumers’ satisfaction to assess the Khun Or Nam Neung ChockChai 4 Restaurant. Basic factor of demographics and satisfaction levels could provide into the 4 marketing mixed factors that includes product, price, place and promotion. Samples were selected from 400 persons who consume in Khun Or Nam Neung Chock Chai 4 Restaurant. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed using software.&#xD;
      The results of this independent study founded that most consumers were female aged more than 45 years old (58.00%), received a bachelor degree (42.00%), company enterprise (48.00%) and average revenue more than 30,000 baht per month (42.00%). The most of Vietnamese food is “Nam Neung” and the reasons that they choused because Vietnamese food was very difference taste from another. For the most satisfaction level, the marketing mixed factor was place factor. For the more satisfaction level, the marketing mixed factors were product factor and price factor. For the medium satisfaction level, the marketing mixed factor was promotion factor.

    <summary type="text">Title: The Study of Nutrition Knowledge Consumption Behavior and Nutritional Status of Kluaynamthai Hospital,Bangkok Personnels

Abstract: This research was aimed to study the qualification of Kluaynamthai Hospital’s Personnels in three aspects; nutrition knowledge,consuming behavior,and nutritional status. The research was also to study the relationship of the three aspects. The Stratified Random Sample method was used. There were 236 samples. The tools used were questionnaires and the 2008 annual check up information of the sample group. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentile, mean, and standard deviation. The statistic used was Chi-square, significant level at 0.01 – 0.05. The study revealed that 65.68 % of Kluaynamthai Hospital’s Personnels had very good nutrition knowledge and 26.69 %, 6.78%, 0.42% and 0.42% had nutrition knowledge at good, moderate, passing, and not passing, respectively. The average of 2.91 of the group had good consuming behavior, and the frequency of good consuming behavior at 2.69. or 91.95 % of the group’s consuming behavior was less affected by mass media. 49.58% of the group had normal nutrition status while 35.59% and 14.58 % had over nutrition and below nutritional status respectively. The study of the relationship between the nutrition knowledge and the consuming behavior revealed that there was the significant relationship between the two variables at significant label of 0.05

Abstract: The research aimed to examine a relationship between the attitude&#xD;
towards Career and Technology Learning of the upper secondary students from&#xD;
Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary) and&#xD;
factors ; both personal factors and supportive factors. The sample of this study&#xD;
was 263 the upper secondary students from Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit&#xD;
Demonstration School (Secondary), using divided sampling level for this research.&#xD;
The data were collected by the questionnaire, and were analyzed using&#xD;
descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study are these&#xD;
following ; 1) The attitude towards Career and Technology Learning of the upper&#xD;
secondary students from Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration&#xD;
School (Secondary) was at a moderate level. 2) Grade level, grade point&#xD;
average, teaching method, class material, and environmental factors were&#xD;
correlated to the attitude towards Carreer and Technologhy learning of the upper&#xD;
secondary students from Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration&#xD;
School (Secondary) at .05 level significantly. However, gender was not related to&#xD;
the attitude towards Carreer and Technologhy learning of the upper secondary&#xD;
students from Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary).

Province” aims to study the development of the&#xD;
Herbal Soap Carved products, which made from a &#xD;
&#xD;
household waste soap by applying to&#xD;
indigenous..knowledge.&#xD;
This research is both a quality and quantity &#xD;
&#xD;
research. Data were collected gathering &#xD;
&#xD;
related&#xD;
documents and researches.Then developed new &#xD;
&#xD;
formula for soap carving. The 5 developed &#xD;
&#xD;
formula&#xD;
of soap was tested and comments by experts . &#xD;
&#xD;
The product of soap carvings has 3 herbal &#xD;
&#xD;
scent,&#xD;
lemongrass-scent, Kaffir- scent and Lemon-&#xD;
&#xD;
scent. Using the Survey Research method. The &#xD;
&#xD;
target&#xD;
group of 100 people. The tool was used in &#xD;
&#xD;
collecting information. consisted of The 5 &#xD;
&#xD;
formulas of&#xD;
soap product 5 sets and the questionnaires 2 &#xD;
&#xD;
sets , sets 1 for professionals include &#xD;
&#xD;
questionnaires&#xD;
about physical properties of soap, scented of &#xD;
&#xD;
soap, which suited for crave products. &#xD;
&#xD;
Analyzed by&#xD;
using a statistical average and the open of &#xD;
&#xD;
the answer. Set 2 for the target group, &#xD;
&#xD;
Questions about&#xD;
the feedback on the product scent herbal soap &#xD;
&#xD;
carved soap fragments from waste soap Using&#xD;
Statistic program to find frequency and the &#xD;
&#xD;
percentage value and then presented in the &#xD;
&#xD;
form of&#xD;
tables of composition. The researcher &#xD;
&#xD;
collected data, related to the production of &#xD;
&#xD;
soap&#xD;
The result of data analysis was found that&#xD;
1. The formula C was selected by expert, for &#xD;
&#xD;
the best soap from all (soap, meat&#xD;
ratio 30: 70 water)&#xD;
2. Most of respondents are interested in &#xD;
&#xD;
carving herbal soap products that made&#xD;
from a household waste soap, at the level of &#xD;
&#xD;
99.00 percent People who are interested in &#xD;
&#xD;
carving&#xD;
soap product herbal scent when they see the &#xD;
&#xD;
first sight at the level of 98.00% People who &#xD;
&#xD;
think&#xD;
the fragments of product is proper at the - &#xD;

Abstract: The objective of this research is to study customers satisfaction to one-hundred color loincloth made in Nongkhao subdistrict, Thamuag, Kanchanaburi. The data collected from 700 customers by questionnairs were analyzed by describing statistics.&#xD;
The result is shown below&#xD;
The satisfaction of customers to one-hundred colors loincloth were differ between female and male customers had more satisfaction in the product than male customers. Ages of customers were between 31-40 years old and their education were lower than bachelors degree. The reason for buying products was for souvenir. Quality and price of products determined the decision for buying. The satisfaction price is between 120-140 baths per piece. The place for selling should be in tourism places to promote products. Cause for making customers buy products was buying souvenir. Customer got all information of products from mouth to mouth. Most of products that customers bought from shops are one-hundred color loincloth.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to study Valentine Present Buying Behavior undergraduate&#xD;
students, Faculty of Home Economics Technology , Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakhon.&#xD;
The purpose of this research were firstly to Valentine Present Buying Behavior of the bachelors’ Faculty of&#xD;
Home Economics Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakhon and secondly to&#xD;
study the relationship of between personal background and Valentine Present Buying Behavior of&#xD;
undergraduate students, Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology&#xD;
Phranakhon. This research was divided into marketing factor and survey research. The sampling were&#xD;
305 undergraduate students faculty of Home Economics Technology of Rajamangala University of&#xD;
Technology Phranakhon. The research tool was questionnaires and by analyzing statistical packages&#xD;
from social science programs and by using percentage and means.&#xD;
The result were found that Most undergraduate students, faculty of Home Economics&#xD;
Technology , Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakhon, had bought Valentine presents from&#xD;
shops. They were bought for boy friends or girl friends price was 100 – 500 Bahts. The buying reason&#xD;
was depended on present styles. Flowers were the first buying Valentine present, the planning in&#xD;
Valentine present buying was saving the most buying place was department stores. Friends&#xD;
accompanied them Valentines presents. Buyer decided by themselves on Valentine’s Day, buyers&#xD;
bought Valentin presents about 1 - 5 pieces. Those who had never bouht Valentine Day’s present gave&#xD;
the reason of extravagance.

Abstract: Alteration of Denim Clothes for Re – Use : A Case Study on Female Students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon&#xD;
Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon&#xD;
The objectives of this research were (1) to design and alter old denim clothes for re-use, (2) to study the female students’ behavior on purchasing used clothes, and (3) to evaluate their satisfaction towards the altered old denim clothes. The stratified sample were 353 female students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The research tools were a questionnaire and 6 styles of original products. The data were analyzed by using a standard statistical method and reported as percentage, means, and standard deviation.&#xD;
Designing and alteration of old denim clothes include decorative addition. The total of 6 styles, having an equal number, of altered old shirts, skirts, and trousers were used in the study.&#xD;
It was found that 66.90 percent of female students, purchased approximately 1 - 2 pieces of used clothes once every in 4 - 6 months. The most popular products were casual clothes, namely jeans of which the satisfactorily pretty styles mainly affected their purchase decision.&#xD;
The result of the analysis on satisfaction towards the altered old denim clothes revealed that the students had strong satisfaction in every style.

Abstract: The research aimed to study and compare : 1. foods and nutrition knowledge of adolescence by looking at gender and level of education. 2. the awareness of foods and nutrition by comparing gender and level of education. 3. the practice of foods and nutrition by comparing gender and level of education. 4. study the relationship between knowledge, awareness, and practice of foods and nutrition of the adolescence in Muang District, Prachinburi Province. Tests and questionnaires were used to gather the data from 346 samples. The Stratified Random Sampling was used. The data were analyzed by using percentile, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance and Pearson’s Product moment correlation at 0.01 - 0.05 significant level.&#xD;
The study found that 71.4% of the sample was female and 41.0% was high school graduate. The sampling adolescence had good knowledge of foods and nutrition. Different gender had significantly different level of foods and nutrition knowledge at 0.01 while different level of study had no different level of foods and nutrition knowledge. The sampling adolescence had foods and nutrition awareness at high level Different gender had significantly different level of foods and nutrition awareness at 0.01 while different level of study had no different level of foods and nutrition awareness. The sample group had good foods and nutrition practice at moderate level, with no difference between gender and level of study. There was a positive relationship between foods and nutrition knowledge, awareness, and practice of the adolescence at 0.05.The relationship between knowledge and awareness was moderate and the relationship between knowledge and practice was low.

Students who made decision to further their studies in Home Economics, most of them have knowledge in cooking. And students who were not interested in Home Economics had no knowledge of Home Economics. The institution for their decision to further their studies is Kanchanaburi Vocational College.
