Writing Guideline for Analytical Approach Operation Manual นำอิน, รัญชนา Operation manual is a type of document that presents the specialty or expertise of the supporting government officers in Higher Education Commission. It is assigned by the Civil Service Commission to evaluate work load, duty and responsibility, and quality of work. This paper incorporates operation manual with work analysis to illustrate new approach consisting of the following contents: meaning, application, element and feature of operation manual, work analysis technique, elemental analysis, relationship analysis and principle analysis.
