Abstract: In present, there are widely use robot in many fields. Mobile robot can help us in several task, such as moving to toxic area, risk area or explosion area, mine. Movement control can be used in many ways. This paper proposed mobile robot that movc by wheels. It move to previous defined picture. By using small camera process an images and check it that is the previous one by using neural network. If it is, robot will move toward to that picture. The movement is in flat plane. If that defined picture is not in center, robot will move to left or right depend on its position until it is on center. This paper proposed image processing only.

Abstract: To store electrical power from solar cells are generally used battery as storage. Recent development in capacitor technology, achieves with higher capacitancc, smaller, and low cost, especially dcvelopment of a supcr capacitor (doublc laycrs). This research study used a super capacitor to store electrical power from solar cells. The results show that super and electrolyte capacitor can be used without battery, with more power density, and fast charge. But capacitor discharging must be controlled. The important disadvantage is super capacitor is used with low voltage and high rate of charge leakage. In case of electrolytic capacitor can use with higher voltage, low rate of charge leakage but lower capacitance.

Abstract: This research studies the potential for using waste ash from industrial and agricultural by-products as a plastering material. This paper presents a study of the water requirement, compressive strength, flexural strength, normal consistency, setting time, and air content of plastering material containing classified fly ash (FA) and ground rice husk ash (RHA).
Fine fly ash and fine rice husk ash have a high potential to be used as a good pozzolanic material. The use of finer pozzolan results in a stronger and denser mortar which is due to better Q!spersion and filling effect as well as an increase in the pozzolanic reaction. Fine fly ash and fine rice husk ash can be incorporated into mortar as replacement of the mortar mix cement for the plastering. Mortar mix cement containing 20% fine fly ash and fine rice husk ash can be used to make plastering materials.

Abstract: This study is meant to help develops better facilities for Tungsten Carbide powder production process. The 10 kg-capacity machine used was able to produce 85 -95.49 percent purity Tungsten carbide powder. When measured, most of the particle sizes and distribution between 0.03-350.00 !lm. which are considered large sized. More than that, those tungsten carbide particles are contaminated by other kinds of metal especially Cobalt binder. We have tried to improve the Tungsten Carbide manufacturing processes by combining more steps including ball milling, drying and screening. After 24-hours ball milling process, the result showed that we were able to produce smaller Tungsten Carbide paliicles sizing from 0.025 to 30.00 ~lm. The obtained particles are also rounder and with
99.50 percent purity. They are also easier to grade. The Tungsten Carbide manufacturing technology yet needs a further development to eventually produce the desired hard material.

Abstract: Nowadays, the Thailand automotive industry widely grows. Brake'pad is one of the automotive productions that role to automotive industry because it is the most critical security parts. Consequently, testing products for quality are extremely requested. However, the equipment and function tests are not enough and are also high cost so it cannot supports to the automotive industry development. In this work, the initiation and design of frictional test were carried out. The testing procedure is referred to The special test jigs for friction measurements JIS K7125[5] and Clutch facings for automobiles JIS D4311[6].A study of the frictional test emphasize on the static friction(l-ls) and kinetic friction(l-lk) in different condition. There are 3 specimens of brake pad supported by the industry company. These specimens were test and compared between the pin on disk's result and the friction testing's result. The two-sided results from the analysis correspond but the pin on disk's friction coefficient is more than the friction testing's friction coefficient by 19.56%. Moreover, the coefficient of friction tends to follow the temperature. Besides, the static friction(l-ls) is likely more than kinetic friction(l-lk) and will be high difference in high pressure condition.

Abstract: In the procedure processes of Robusta coffee initial from bring the green coffee after dried and removed the outside shell and bring it to separating process. The sale price depends on the size of green coffee. If their size of still standard, the sale price have been increased. Most of the separating process is majorly with the labor experience. Based on human experience, the error with operating and working time is increased. In this reason, we will study to the criteria of Robusta coffee for designing and creating the Robusta coffee bean separator machine for Robusta size standard testing.
The separator machine consists of the three-layer cylindrical sieve set and the diameter of the layers was 4, 6 and 7.5 mm. respectively. For the standardization of Robusta coffee bean is controlled by size of hole sieve. In this research considers to 4 importance parameters by the efficiency of sorting out, standard of green coffee, Specific Energy Consumption [SEC] and assessment way economic engineering.
The result of research shows that the maximum efficiency of green coffee separating is 164.7 kg/hr under the condition of testing with 14.4 rpm at 4 angle incline. In term of standard, it found that the machine can separated only for standard and smaller than standard size of green coffee and the maximum moistness are 9.9%. For the least Specific Energy Consumption [SEC] is 0.01631 MJ/kg and occur with the same condition of experiment. Based on this condition, the Break-Even Point must be sorting out with 1,070,550 kilogram per year and Payback Period will occur at 3.598 years. However, the quantity of separating or the efficiency of machine is mainly effect to Break-Even Point and Payback Period.

Authors: Sangma, Watcharin; Tongkhow, pitsanu
Abstract: The objectives of this research were to find the distribution of food demand for laying hens and to find the optimum amount of that food production which had minimum cost. The data consisted of customer purchase orders for the food of laying hens, price of food for laying hens, cost per unit for the food inventory, cost related to food of laying hens in which the food was out of stock, such as fine, overtime, urgent purchase for material. They were collected in 2008-2009 form a factory in Nakhonratchasima province. The collected data were analized in order to explore the distribution of the monthly food demand for the laying hens and to see the rate of inventory per unit. The results were used in the stochastic linear programming model for aggregate planning in which the optimum production, minimum cost, could be obtained. Programming algorithm in MATLAB and tools in Linprog software were used to get the solution. The distribution of the food demand for laying hens and the random numbers were used in the model. The study found that the distribution of food demand for laying hens every month has normal distribution (January to December). The monthly average amount of production from January to December were 10936.94, 12913.74, 11898.12, 13096, 15443.26, 14916.33, 10322.64, 10818.21, 11393.11, 11700.72, 9706.05 and 11702.05 respectively. Abstract: The objective of this work is to study the effect of the surface roughness on the measured
hardness. The preparation of the surface roughness level complied with the ISO 1302: 1992
standard. There are many factors influencing surface roughness such as building mac uncry,
feed rate, speed, machine settings, cutter and water cooling. The surface roughness C.tU. by
these factors will have influence on the measured hardness of materials. The SKS3 is used as
material in this study. Surface of the work piece was adjusted with different roughness val es,
divided following four levels: 12-50 urn rough machined, 1.6-6.3 urn smooth turned, 0.2-0.8 urn
and 0.025-0.1 um. Then all the adjusted roughness work pieces were harden. After the Harden

Abstract: The recycling of materials is the recovered process and the important approach for sustainable development. This research is to study recycling tungsten carbides from cemented carbide scraps by extracting the dissolved of binder phase, and to study the un-dissolved substrate which stayed condition and size in WC particles. The experiment of this research starts in laboratory with electrolysis, is found that the appropriate operating potential is 0.20-1.40 volts, at 30-80 oc, treated in 1N-7N HCl concentrations aqueous solution as well as the movement of solution and specimens had an effect on capacity of dissolution. Additionally, these factors are affected to purity and passivation of WC particles. According to the above experiment, it leads to design and create the semi-automatic cemented dissolution machine with electrolysis. This machine can contain the scraps up to 2.5 kilograms, in rev 0-25 rpm (revolutions per minute), at electric current 0-50 ampere, in electric voltage 0-15 volts. Its flowing process can be 15 lpm (litre per
minute) and minute) and temperature is up to 90 oc. Furthermore, there are the relative WC power invention processes included residues, washing, leaching, ball milling, drying, screening, and quality examination. The result of developed machine is capacity of tungsten carbide production is in the range 16-50 gram/hour, the obtained powder is 97.49% of tungsten carbide (WC powder), which contained a few amount of cobalt. However, the dissolution of cemented carbides with this machine can be selected the optimized factors to produce tungsten carbide (WC) to purify more than 99%, ball milled them in the most suitable size and particle sized distribution between 0.30-20.00 μm. Afterwards, combining cobalt 15% (WC-15%Co) and producing to cemented carbides, insert tools, rectangle as SNMG standard 120408, it appears that insert tools has a hardness not less than 1,430 HV, density not less than 14.10 g/cm³. In the other hands, the production of tungsten carbides with advanced technology of dissolution machine and manufacturing machine to produce purely tungsten carbides powder has been required an investment charge of new research and development more than 9,481,888 baht.

Authors: Puangcharoenchai, Somjin
Abstract: In general for the refrigeration, the cooling coil is almost used to be the device to decrease the temperature. Thus, in order to design heat exchange, we should study the heat transfer into the cooling coil. This research proposes the numerical using finite element method for calculating the temperature at any position of the cooling point for considering to porous media. After that, to create an algebraic equation fmite element for writing the program to search the solution by estimating the temperature. The research demonstrates that the changing of temperature will be decreased to saturated condition, that is the temperature around the region of the cooling coil model edge will be decreased. The longer time, the lower temperature around each position will decrease respectively until the temperature at each position inside the model are the same as region of the cooling coil model edge. Therefore, this search result can be the basic for the comparison with the similar problem of other
