This research was pre-experiment research of ooe-shot case study type with the objective to study The Effect of Training Program on Art crafts in Banbangkhae Social Welfare Development Center for Older Person. The target populations were 15 voluntarily older persons residing in Banbangkbae Social Welfare Development Center, Sooksan Building, in 2010, who have been selected by th Center officials that they were in good physical health and able to participate io the activities. Tbe tool used in experiment was Training Program on Art crafts for Older Person. Data collection instruments were consists of Performance Skill Measurement Forms and Satisfaction Questionnaires and data analysis by used descriptive statistics. Result ofthe research found that:&#13;
1. Performance skill score of the older persoos were in good level.&#13;
2. Their satisfactions to participate in the training on the aspects of the academic field, date and time of the training, materials and equipments, training, topics of training were io high leveL

<summary type="text">Opinion on guideline for development of suan dusit place hotel food service, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University

This research has the purposes to study and compare opinions of employee&#13;
executives and service receivers of food service regarding guidelines for development of Suan Dusit&#13;
Place Hotel food service, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, with regard to service of employees, food&#13;
and form of food service. Sample groups used in this research were executives, employees and service&#13;
receivers of the hotel. Samplesize was 400 persons, from purposive sampling and accidental sampling.&#13;
Instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of&#13;
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and analysis of variance (ANOVA).&#13;
The study result found that most of the sample group were female, ages from&#13;
31-40 years, occupations were government officers, having monthly income of 10,001-15,000 bahts.&#13;
Most samples had Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; their relation with Suan Dusit Place Hotel, were&#13;
consumers of the food service operation, mostly using service of the food service in the type of buffet.&#13;
The purpose of the food service was to hold meeting or seminar. They knew about the hotel service&#13;
providing of food service by informing from one person to another. The opinions of manager,&#13;
employees and food service receivers regarding guidelines of development of banquet of Suan Dusit&#13;
Place Hotel, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, in the overview, it was found that service of employees,&#13;
food and form of food service should be developed at a low level.

<summary type="text">Development of phajok designs by computer sewing machine for lady hand bag
Numneam, Piyanuch
The objective of this research is 1) to develop Phajok designs by computer&#13;
sewing machine, 2) to study the opinions of consumers towards Phajok designs which have been&#13;
developed by way of computer sewing machine and 3) to study the satisfactions of consumers&#13;
towards lady hand bag products with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing&#13;
machine. Sampling groups are 400 ladies in Bangkok Metropolis and its perimeter who are&#13;
interested in Thai fabrics. Tools used are Questionnaires and 15 models of lady hand bag product&#13;
prototype; data analysis by using statistics on percentage, mean and standard deviation, with the&#13;
actions by conducting the study on the original 15 Jok Designs and then developing the sewing by&#13;
computer on 3 designs for decorations on lady hand bags in 5 different designing models whereby&#13;
15 developed modeling bags are obtained.&#13;
Result of the research finds that most of the consumers are 41 years old and&#13;
over; their educations are in Bachelor Degree level or its equivalency; their marital status are married; occupations as the private enterprise staffs earning incomes ranging from 15,001 Baht to 20,000 Baht and buying Thai clothing goods from tourist attraction places; reasons for buying are&#13;
to take them for giving as souvenirs and have ever bought Phajok products; thing for consideration&#13;
in buying Phajok is the designs; Phajok are utilized in making dresses or decorating the dresses;&#13;
interested in Phajok designs developed by computer sewing machine and are of the opinions&#13;
Phajok can be used as the products in dress decorating. On the selections in buying the lady hand&#13;
bangs, consumers are found to consider the aspect of the model with the likes on the decorations&#13;
with the designs sewn by silk threads and are of the opinions that the model of the lady hand bags&#13;
decorated with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine is suitable. Result&#13;
of the analysis on the satisfactions of the consumers towards lady hand bags sewn with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine of all models are in high level.

The objectives of this research are 1) to develop the printing pattern from Art&#13;
Nouveau on hemp fabric by way of screen printing, 2) to design the womanfs working attires by&#13;
using hemp fabrics for printing the pattern from Art Nouveau, 3) to study the satisfactions of&#13;
samples who are women in working age in Bangkok Metropolitan area: Sat horn and Bangkok&#13;
toward the womanfs working attires with Art Nouveau pattern printed on hemp fabrics. The&#13;
sampling group is women in working age ranging from 25 to 35 years in Sat horn and Bangruk&#13;
Areas, Bangkok Metropolis, in number of 384 persons. Instruments used are Questionnaires and&#13;
womanfs working attire prototype in number of 9 models. Data analysis statistics are percentage,&#13;
mean and standard deviation. Actions are carried out by studying the concept of Art Nouveau in&#13;
order to design the printing patterns in 3 designs consisting of butterfly design, flower design and&#13;
creeper design for screening on hemp fabrics and tailoring them into womanfs working attires in&#13;
the style of dress, jacket and skirt of 9 models.

The objectives of this study were to dry Chaploo Leaves at 3 levels: 50, 60 and 70C for 3 hours. It was found difference in the moisture values aw and color significantly (p&lt;0.05). 60C is the best value. Then, based on 3 formulas of Cereal Bar mixed with Chaploo leaves, sensory evaluation in terms of color, flavor, taste, texture and overall acceptable were conducted. Scores of nine levels (9-Point Hedonic Scale) was used for taste test. <summary type="text">Knowledge and Nutritional Self-Care of the Elderly People Who Showed Trends to Dementia, Case study : Banmai Tambon, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province

The purpose of this research was to study the knowledge and nutritional selfcare&#13;
of elderly people trends to Dementia, Case study : Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya&#13;
District, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province and to determine the relationships between&#13;
personal factors, nutritional knowledge, perception of physical health status and dietary intake&#13;
behaviors in these people.&#13;
The subjects of this study were 122 elderly peoples in this area, The&#13;
medthodology was the assessment interviews of personal factors, nutritional knowledge,&#13;
perception of physical health status and dietary intake behaviors. The statistical methods used&#13;
in this study were the percentage, mean, value, standard deviation, Chi-square&#13;
The study found that 78.7% of the sample was female less than 65 years of&#13;
age, 75.4% of the sample held no regular job and 69.7% were primary school graduate. Test&#13;
results of Thai Mental State Examination : TMSE showed most of the evaluation criteria of&#13;
suspected dementia were 21.52 points which were less than 23 points , Most samples had good&#13;
perception of physical health status, had good perception of dietary intake behaviors.&#13;
Comparison of relationship between genders and perception of physical health status and&#13;
between geners and perception of nutitional knowledge were found to be associated. Compare&#13;
(5)&#13;
the relationship between the level of the subjects of education and knowledge of nutrition were&#13;
found to be associated. Compare the relationship between the level of the samples of behavior&#13;
in food consumption were found to be associated.
