&#xD;
undergraduate students, Home Economics &#xD;

Technology, Rajamanggala University of &#xD;
&#xD;
Technology Phra nakhon. The samples of this &#xD;
&#xD;
study were 171 overweight of undergraduate &#xD;
&#xD;
students, Bacheloe's Degree. The Purposive &#xD;
&#xD;
Sampling were used. A tests and &#xD;
&#xD;
questionnaires were used to gather the data. &#xD;
&#xD;
The data were analyzed using &#xD;
&#xD;
frequency,percentage,mean,standard &#xD;
&#xD;
deviation and Pearson' Product Moment &#xD;
&#xD;
Correlation.&#xD;
The study found that :&#xD;
1. 60.3 percent of the sample had the &#xD;
knowledge of food at good level.&#xD;
2. The sample had food consumption &#xD;
behaveior  at moderate level.&#xD;
3. Knowledge of food and food consumption &#xD;
behavior were not related to the overweight.

Abstract: The research aimed to : Study the risk personal data leading to diabetes mellitus. Study knowledge about diabetes mellitus and Study food consumption behavior of Ramamangala University of Teachnology Phranakorn officails. Tests and questionnaires were used to gathe the data from Ramamangala University of Technology Phranakorn officials, academic year 2009 and 217 samples were used following Purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using percentile, mean and standard deviation. The study found that  1. 55.8% of the sample were female and 23.5% were 36-40 years old, 42.47 were the mean age of the samples. The Mass Body Index 46.5% of the sample were normal and 21.2% had height mass body fat index. In the next 12 years 33.2% had of the sample or 1 in 12 person were at risk of having diabetes mellitus. They were supposed to exercise frequently, keep normal body weights and check blood  pressures.   2. 24.3% of the sample had diabetes mellitus knowledge of minimum passing standard. 13.14  points was mean of the sample and 4.72 was the standard deviation.  3. The sample group food consumpion behavior was considered at risk leading to diabetes mellitus at moderate level. 3.31 was the standard deviation.

Abstract: The objective of the independent study was investigating consumers’ behavior and consumers’ satisfaction to assess the Khun Or Nam Neung ChockChai 4 Restaurant. Basic factor of demographics and satisfaction levels could provide into the 4 marketing mixed factors that includes product, price, place and promotion. Samples were selected from 400 persons who consume in Khun Or Nam Neung Chock Chai 4 Restaurant. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed using software.&#xD;
      The results of this independent study founded that most consumers were female aged more than 45 years old (58.00%), received a bachelor degree (42.00%), company enterprise (48.00%) and average revenue more than 30,000 baht per month (42.00%). The most of Vietnamese food is “Nam Neung” and the reasons that they choused because Vietnamese food was very difference taste from another. For the most satisfaction level, the marketing mixed factor was place factor. For the more satisfaction level, the marketing mixed factors were product factor and price factor. For the medium satisfaction level, the marketing mixed factor was promotion factor.

Abstract: This research was aimed to study the qualification of Kluaynamthai Hospital’s Personnels in three aspects; nutrition knowledge,consuming behavior,and nutritional status. The research was also to study the relationship of the three aspects. The Stratified Random Sample method was used. There were 236 samples. The tools used were questionnaires and the 2008 annual check up information of the sample group. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentile, mean, and standard deviation. The statistic used was Chi-square, significant level at 0.01 – 0.05. The study revealed that 65.68 % of Kluaynamthai Hospital’s Personnels had very good nutrition knowledge and 26.69 %, 6.78%, 0.42% and 0.42% had nutrition knowledge at good, moderate, passing, and not passing, respectively. The average of 2.91 of the group had good consuming behavior, and the frequency of good consuming behavior at 2.69. or 91.95 % of the group’s consuming behavior was less affected by mass media. 49.58% of the group had normal nutrition status while 35.59% and 14.58 % had over nutrition and below nutritional status respectively. The study of the relationship between the nutrition knowledge and the consuming behavior revealed that there was the significant relationship between the two variables at significant label of 0.05
