Title: The Development of Integrated Information System for University’s Administrators Authors: ยงกุลวณิช, สัณชัย; สุดชารี, ทองใบ; ปิ่นเงิน, เอื้อน; มณีโชติ, ทิวัตถ์ Abstract: The objectives of this research were to study the context of an information system for University’s Administrators of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University, to develop an integrated information system for University’s Administrators and to evaluate the developed system. The sample of the study included 24 administrator members and 7 officials at the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. The research instruments were sets of interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by content analysis, mean and standard deviation. The study revealed that the information technology has been used in the department of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University, but the development is independent, are there is a problem in report retrieval for university administrators. This study has developed an integrated system of information for university administrators by creating a data warehouse and establishing a connection between the data warehouse for each database. Data are stored in the data warehouse through data filtering of each daily segment in order to create a report for information which is accurate, and running on network. The research results revealed that integrated information system for university administrators allows users to run a report according to the desired information quickly and easily. Title: The Success of Training Programs for Career Creation and Development Authors: เตโชติรส, ดวงสุดา Abstract: Clinic Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon was supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology to manage training programs in order to develop and create careers on Thailand 2011 TechnoMart&InnoMart Day, together withBOI FAIR 2011. The event was aimed to present the works of Clinic Technology in utilizing knowledge and technology and to transfer knowledge and technology of 8 Clinic Technology in the network.Twenty-five effective short training programs were designed under the slogan “25 Clinic Technology courses for Career Creation”. Results showed that the 1,547 people who attended the training courses were highly satisfied with the project at the mean of 4.37 or 87.40 percent. About 1,528 people or 95.03 percent would make use of knowledge received from the training programs. This successful event clearly showed the university’s potential in being the leading national project manager. The university has important role in providing vocational expertise to external organizations and general public, offering training programs to private sectors, and upgrading existing target groups through profit-making academic services. As a result of the project, a controlled car could be monitored via a computer with wireless GPS system. Title: Attitude towards Buddhist Morality Principles of Undergraduate Students in Bangkok and Perimete Authors: คันธประภา, มนูญ Abstract: The purposes of this research were, firstly, to study attitude towards morality of undergraduate students in Bangkok and Perimeter, and secondly, to compare attitude towards morality of undergraduate students in Bangkok and Perimeter. The attitudes concern 3 aspects of Buddhist Moral Principles: five Precepts, four Noble Sentiments and four Paths of Accomplishment. Data were gathered from 400 undergraduate students of five universities with questionnaires. Data were collected, compiled and analyzed for percentage (%), arithmetic medium (X) and standard deviation (S.D.). It is found that overall attitude towards morality of undergraduate students in Bangkok and Perimeter had the highest level. Female had higher attitude towards morality than male. Students who are 18-21 years old had higher attitude than students who are older than 21. No significant difference was found in attitude towards morality of undergraduate students from five universities, at a level of 0.05. In details, it was found that attitude towards the five Precepts of undergraduate students had the highest level with an average mean of 4.57, followed by attitude towards the four Paths of Accomplishment with average mean of 4.43, and attitude towards the four Noble Sentiments was lowest at average mean of 4.25 Description: วารสารวิชาการและวิจัย มทร.พระนคร, 6 (2) : 129-137

This leads to large amount of fuel import while the price of fossil fuels rise continuously. The Department of Alternative Energy Development and Eff iciency, Ministry of Energy, decided to draft the minimum energy eff iciency standard for small engines by studying and testing specif ic fuel consumption of gasoline and diesel engines, based on the JIS B 8017 and TIS 787-2551 standards, respectively. Results of the experiment revealed that specif ic fuel consumption of gasoline engine was higher than diesel engines between 39% and 49% at equivalent energy supply. Samples in this research were 50 staff of RMUTP and 50 outsiders or stakeholders - a total of 100 samples. Research methodology consisted of primary survey about attitude towards identity attitude, analysis and conclusion, design, development and creation of font, satisfactory test, and evaluation of font's eff iciency. Research tools were survey questionnaire, satisfaction questionnaire and eff iciency evaluation form. Data were analyzed for using frequency, percentage and standard deviation. Results showed that the identity of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was �Lotus" which is a symbol f lower of the university that signif ies virtue, gentleness, and wisdom. Relation analysis of identity connects to the Kobayashi concept based on theories of personality in elegant, ref ined, graceful, delicate, fashionable and feminine. A close-ended questionnaire was utilized as a research tool for collecting data from 400 car owners in age range of 18 to 60 years old who used to have their cars f ixed at automobile repair garage in Bangkok. Results showed that consumers with different genders had different decisions in choosing automobile repair service at statistically signif icant level of 0.05. However, consumers with different ages, marital statuses, occupations, and monthly incomes had no difference on the decision for choosing automobile repair service. Additionally, marketing mix factors of product and service, people, process, and physical evidence had signif icant inf luence on customers' selection of automobile repair service at the level of 0.05 while the marketing mix factors of price and distribution channels had no signif icant inf luence on customers' choosing of automobile repair service. Oryza sativa var. glutinosa cv. RD6, Ipomoea aquatic. Vigna sinensis and Brassica alboglabra were selected as surrogate plant species. Results indicated that I. aquatic and V. sinensis were the most tolerant plants to endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures. These organochlorine mixtures did not affect percentage of seed germination, root length, shoot length, fresh weight and dry weight of these plants. Meanwhile, endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures reduced root length of O. sativa var. glutinosa cv. RD6 but did not affect other growth pattern. B. alboglabra was the most sensitive plant species to endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures. The system is able to measure electrical parameters and air condition with real-time display. The AMWS comprises of hardware and software. The software was developed by LabVIEW. The AMWS's function is to monitor important equipment in the PV energy system. If there is a malfunction or any detected faults, the AMWS would directly warn the operator of the PV energy system instantly. Results showed that the AMWS can complete programmed operation according to specified condition. The AMWS can send the right details and the cause of malfunction by SMS and E-mail every time the system did not work properly. The second is high release paint and mean is 3.93.The last one is three layer of low release paint and mean is 4.34. Also, the result of activities was high average- 4.21. The activities were use with 6 years up children who are average recognition which are able in understanding in listening. They are able to follow teachers but rather do it slowly. The teachers have to be slow and explain step by step for them. The method teaching was let students image and select colors which they like. Moreover, they can choose equipment by themselves. Since there are various kinds of equipment which are form, size of high and low release of paper, students can learn the different kinds of surface. Painting use concentration in cognition of high and low gure; therefore, students can spend more time to attend and concentrate with that than usual. The result from the study indicated that the service users, collectively, showed high level of satisfaction. It was found that the sample group showed high level of satisfaction to 2 topics, i.e., highest in the product and followed by the personnel. When comparing service of users having different gender, age, status, education level, income and occupation, collectively and perspectively, it showed statistically insignificant differences, while users of housing mortgage in other different financial institutions and users who need different amount of credit line collectively, it showed statistically significant difference, in satisfaction of the housing mortgage users of the Kasikornbank PCL at Minburi District in Bangkok Metropolitan, at the level of 0.05. The sampling groups being used in the study are 400 customers using services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit. Information were gathered by questionnaires, and data were analyzed by Statistical Value, Percentile, Average, Standard Deviation, Chi-Square Analysis for Testing Relationship, and Statistical Independent Sample t-test and One Way ANOVA methods, whenever significant statistical differences were encountered, using LSD for testing in pairs. The result of the study showed that the customers’ satisfaction to the services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit, were at the high level in every criteria. The sampling group were satisfied, firstly, with the factor of process, followed by the factor of marketing promotion, and lastly, factors of production and physical presentation. Title: The Marketing Mix Factors Application for Decision Making to Select Wedding Consult Services at Bangkoknoi District in Bangkok Metropolitan Authors: ศิริรักษ์, ไข่มุก Abstract: The objectives of this study are to study the usage of the marketing mix factors application for decision making to select wedding consult services at Bangkoknoi district in Bangkok metropolistan, to study the decision behavior when selecting wedding consult services as well as comparison of the marketing mix factors in selecting wedding consult services, classified as per- individual factor. The result showed that the product factor was highly important, as proper-services-as-required was emphasized. The price factor was highly important, as clearly displayed-price was emphasized. The place factor was highly important, as ease-of-traveling was emphasized. The promotion factor was considered highly important, as special-discount from normal rate was emphasized. The result from hypotheses testing showed that the sample group with different age, education, average income, and career, tend to use the marketing mix factors in selecting wedding consult services differently, with a significant statistical difference of 0.05, while the sample group with different gender, tend to use the marketing mix factors in selecting wedding consult services indifferently, with a non-significant statistical difference of 0.05. The principle of visual arts was used as a design concept. High relief pottery and painting were used as the experimental tools.The development emphasized on shape, size and color learning. The results showed that the average mean of the children’s interest was at 4.02. The educational media helped improve the children’s concentration and the emotional development. Color was the easiest media to help the children’s learning. Animal shape was not too much complicated to learn. The small amount of electrical current can be directly measured by means of electrical current instrument whereas the current of high voltage cannot directly be measured by means of any physical contact of an instrument, on the other hand, it can be indirectly be measured through voltage transformer by stepping down voltage method in which cannot be realized economically and practically. This paper presents a method of measuring high voltage current by means of Rogowski coil detecting induced electromagnetic ware, compensating unwanted induced current and finally amplifying. This system is a part of the control and collecting data system. It is used to control the operation of the circuit breaker in the power station and to reduce the transfer of load quickly and easily. It is tested with an open - closed circuit of the power system control centers, 10 of which have no error (100 percent), As for the amount of electricity, It is tested by the meter reading of this controller compared to the actual payment system to a percentage error. It was found that the reading of zero percent power control error was less than the percentage error of reading from the meter front control panel. The system can record the amount of power to bring information to plan the expansion of the distribution system in the future. However, some power station equipments to be installed such as unlocked - chopping blade switches whose functions cannot be controlled. The principal of Phase-Locked Loop circuit inside the IC 4046B controls the 25-kHz frequency generator with constant phase and frequency.The coil inside the hand-piece sheath produces the magnetostriction process with the magnetostrictive stack which works only at 25-kHz frequency. This proces causes the magentostrictive stack to expand and contract with high frequencies, making the scaler tip to vibrate more than 20,000 times per second. This dental scaler could be used to eliminate the micro-organisms in the form of plaque or tartar and dirt in the gum groove and around the tooth root surface. This tool is as effective as and cheaper than the imported equipment used by dentists. The electrical energy of 7,408,000 kWh per year or 25,988,055 Bath per year is mainly used in the processes including a heating energy system that is derived from wood scrap. After detailed audit, it was found that 8 measures have a potential to improve energy efficiency. 7 measures for electrical energy can reduce the energy of 479,837.60 kWh per year and the rest decreases heating energy of 120,297.15 MJ/Year or saving the scrap of 9.4 tons per year. In order to assess economic possibility, all measure also were considered. The result showed that it was worth to investment.
