Factors Affecting the Motivations for Teacher Occupation Under the Economic Crisis Condition

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting the motivations and study the relationship between private, intrinsic motivations and extrinsic motivations for teacher occupation under the economic crisis condition. The subjects in this research were 374 graduates of the Faculty of Education from Rajabhat University and Rajamangala University of Technology in the Central Region. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The statistics utilized in this data analysis consists of fundamental statistics and the correlation by Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Chi square.
