This study, Development of lower central provinces 2 as smart city tourism under the concept of BCG Economy, aims to study guidelines for the development of lower central provinces 2 to be smart tourism cities under the concept of BCG Economy. The research employed a Mixed Methods Research.The quantitative research sample was 400 tourists who travel in lower central provinces 2, the research tools was a questionnaire with open-ended questions. the data is described by frequency, percentage and standard deviation and qualitative research is 20 key informant, the research tool was an open-ended questionnaire for in-depth interviews.&#13;
Most participants were female, 20-29 years old, had obtained a bachelor degree, employment, monthly income in the range of 20,001-30,000 baht, experience travel trip in lower central provinces 2 6 time or more, spend 3,001-4,000 baht per trip, 2 days per trip, tourists travel for a vacation, during the months of November to December.&#13;
Suggestions for the development of lower central provinces 2 to be smart tourism cities under the concept of BCG Economy. 1.use appropriate technology for tourism 2.use technology that tourists can easily use 3.promote community tourism 4. create awareness among tourists to cherish tourism resources. 5. relevant agencies should work together. 6. there should be research studies and apply the research results correctly.

<summary type="text">Information exposure behavior online media of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students

The purpose of this research was to study the behavior of students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in receiving information via online media. The sample consisted of 390 undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year 2021 by accidental sampling. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.&#13;
The results of the study on the behavior of students using online media for information exposure revealed that most of the students used their smart phones to receive information via online media for more than 4 hours on average every day.&#13;
The behavior of receiving information via online media of students found that the type of online media that students used the most is Line, followed by Messenger and YouTube. The purposes of the most exposure to online information are for communication and/or conversation, followed by follow-up on current interesting events and for work channels such as online shopping and financial investments, etc. The forms of information that most exposed to online media are entertainment, followed by general knowledge and news. The content received from online media the most is movies, dramas, followed by songs, lyrics, melodies and currently interesting issues.

<summary type="text">Guidelines for human resource management in Bangkok hotel businesses during the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic

This research is a mixed-method research which is comprised of a quantitative research and a qualitative research. The Objectives of this research are all in the hotel business and are (1) to study the human resource management, (2) to study the human resource management environment, (3) to be a guideline for human resource management. This research project had a sample group of 100 personnel working in the hotel business in Bangkok along with interviews with 10 human resources department chiefs.&#13;
The results of the research project:&#13;
1. Most of the respondents were female with a Bachelor's degree, single status,&#13;
Food &amp; Beverage position and employment duration of working 1 - 5 years. Human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal, recruiting and selection, training and development respectively. Guidelines for human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal, recruiting and selection, compensation and welfare respectively. The personal data of the respondents having different levels of education affected the guidelines of human resource management of the hotel business in Bangkok. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in 2 aspects that are training/development and performance appraisal.&#13;
2. With regards to the human resource management environment of the hotel&#13;
business, the strength was that there was support for employees to promote career advancement. There were good human resource management strategies as well as profitable welfare strategies. The weaknesses were ineffective communication, lack of good English language skills and third language skills as well as a high staff turnover rates. During the 2019 corona virus epidemic, every hotel had to adjust its strategies for increasing revenues to be able to take care of personnel in its organization. The obstacle was that during the 2019 corona virus epidemic, the country was shut down to control the spread of infection transmitted from tourists. As a result, the hotel's revenue had declined. Then there was a need to reduce the wage rate and to reduce employment for the hotel to survive.

This study, Development of cultural tourism routes in Phetchaburi Municipality have a purpose to study the basic information on the development of community tourism routes and to create cultural tourism routes in Phetchaburi municipality.&#13;
The research employed a qualitative research The key informant groups are community leaders, academics, village philosophers, community staff. The research tool was an open-ended questionnaire for in-depth interviews and a focus group.&#13;
The results of the research revealed that the area in Phetchaburi municipality is a complete cultural base area. There are cultural attractions that are interesting, including religious sites, ancient sites, traditions, lifestyles.&#13;
The cultural tourism route in Phetchaburi Municipality is one-day trip and 2 day trip.
