The purpose of this research were to study Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn personnel' working morale and compare their working morale in sex, age, experience, education, position and working field. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 1,139 Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn personnel. Eight Hundred and seven questionnaires were returned.
