This research aims to 1) to study the personal factors of Thai and foreign&#13;
tourists towards their buying decision making behavior in spa products; 2) to study the&#13;
current situation of buying decision making behavior for the development spa products&#13;
entrepreneurs to drive the strategy of Thailand 4.0 and 3) to create behavior patterns of&#13;
purchasing decisions to develop spa product entrepreneurs driving the strategy of&#13;
Thailand 4.0. The research used mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative.&#13;
The researcher applied qualitative methods by interviewing 21 selected key informants.&#13;
The data obtained from qualitative was used to construct the questionnaires, which&#13;
were used to gather quantitative data and analyzed by multiple classifications.&#13;
The researcher determined the sample size to represent the population using the&#13;
G*Power program. The research tools used in this research were 1) an in-depth&#13;
interview and closed-ended questionnaires for qualitative research and&#13;
2) a questionnaire obtained from the qualitative research using the Delphi technique as&#13;
a reviewed questionnaire for quantitative research. The questionnaires were distributed&#13;
to the 305 samples. The results of the hypothesis testing of personal data were as&#13;
follows: gender, nationality, age, education level, source of information that brought&#13;
them to Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, and participants traveling to Phra Nakhon&#13;
Si Ayutthaya Province are the factors that affect buying decision making behavior spa&#13;
product of model buying decision making behavior for the development spa products&#13;
entrepreneurs to drive the strategy of Thailand 4.0 strategy. The result of hypothesis&#13;
testing factors affect the buying decision making behavior for spa products come into 6&#13;
factors are local identity, product usage, buy as a souvenir, repeated buying,&#13;
information from reliable sources, and the interpersonal factor of entrepreneurs or&#13;
salespeople. All of these results comply with the assumptions.

This research aims to examine The Islamic Bank of Thailand's social banking adaptation strategy model. This qualitative research applied Delphi Technique by synthesizing documents and in-depth interviews with 17 social banking experts. The researcher used descriptive statistics, namely Median and Mode, to analyze the data. The consistency and consensus among the experts were analyzed by the absolute value of the difference between the Median, Mode, and Inter Quartile Range. A Consistency Index (IOC) value was applied to assure the validity between the questions and the objectives. &#13;
The results showed that: The Islamic Bank of Thailand's adaptation strategy model consists of 7 main strategies: 1) innovative organization strategy 2) learning organization strategy 3) goal-oriented organizational culture strategy 4) effective internal communication strategy 5) resilient organization strategy 6) leader of change strategy and 7) employee involvement strategy. In sum, this adaptation strategy is to balance traditional and new financial services that need to comply with the Islamic society, culture, and economy and aims to expand the service accessibility under Islamic principles

The research objective was to study social responsibility, corporate governance&#13;
mechanisms, and audit quality that affect the operations of companies listed on the&#13;
Stock Exchange of Thailand. The population used in this study was 76 companies listed&#13;
on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The annual financial data was from year 2016 to&#13;
2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard&#13;
deviation, percentage, and inferential statistics such as correlation analysis (Pearson's&#13;
Correlation Coefficient) and Multiple Regression Analysis.&#13;
The study found that the social responsibility on consumer responsibility&#13;
(PRCI) was positively correlated with market share (MS). Environmental stewardship&#13;
(EN) was positively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and company value (NVP).&#13;
Innovative and outreach (CSRI) is negatively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA)&#13;
and company value (NVP). Community or social development (CID) was negatively&#13;
correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and company value (NVP). Fair operation&#13;
(SFOP) was negatively correlated with market share (MS). Anti-corruption (AC) was&#13;
negatively correlated with market share (MS). Institutional investor shareholding (IS)&#13;
was positively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA). Number of meetings (NBM) was&#13;
negatively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and market share (MS). Institutional&#13;
investor shareholding (IS) was negatively correlated with company value (NVP).&#13;
Audit firm size (size) was positively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and&#13;
company value (NVP) but negatively correlated with market share (MS). Compensation&#13;
paid by auditors to LN clients (compensation) was positively correlated with company&#13;
value (NVP).

<summary type="text">Influences of sustainability management of environmental social and governance on sustainable corporate finance of the listed companies in the stock exchange of Thailand

This research aims to study the influences of sustainability management of environmental, social and governance on sustainable corporate finance of the listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand including 1) the listed companies which have been selected to continuously get the Thailand Sustainability Investment award all of 29 companies and 2) the listed companies which have been selected to discontinuously get the Thailand Sustainability Investment award all of 17 companies, for 6 years from 2015 to 2018. This research is the mixed method research in both the Quantitative Research by using Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Comparison of means Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Panel Data Regression Analysis with Hausman Test and the Qualitative Research by in-depth interview with 5 persons of the management of the Thailand Sustainability Investment awarded companies. The research results revealed that in continued Thailand Sustainability Investment awarded companies, the sustainability management of Environmental has negatively statistically significantly influenced the sustainable corporate finance by making Debt to Assets (DAR) to decrease and positively statistically significantly influenced it by making Market Value (TBQ), Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) to increase. In discontinued Thailand Sustainability Investment awarded companies, it found that the sustainability management of Social has negatively statistically significantly influenced sustainable finance by making Debt to Assets (DAR) to decrease and the sustainability management of governance has positively statistically significantly influenced sustainable corporate finance by making Market Value (TBQ), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) to increase.
