Chemical composition of commercial pasteurized milks contained different fat content (full-fat; FF, low-fat; LF, and non-fat; NF) was studied. NF contained the lowest fat content (0.12%) with the highest protein content (3.20%). NF exhibited the highest foaming ability and stability. The chemical compositions, physical and sensorial properties of chocolate mousse produced from FF, LF, or NF were also investigated. M-NF had the lowest in fat content, resulting in energy reduction when compared with M-FF and M-LF. M-NF also showed the highest firmness and adhesiveness (p<0.05). This was probably due to different chemical composition of pasteurized milk used. For color measurement, M-FF showed the highest L* value. However, all chocolate mousse samples had no difference likeness score for texture, taste, and flavor (p>0.05). From the results, commercial pasteurized non-fat milk could be not only used for chocolate mousse production without effect on textural and sensorial properties but the energy from fat was also reduced.

Phytotoxicity assessment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons Co-Contamination in Soil during Economic Legume Seedling Growth

This research studied combined toxicities of 4 generally found Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) - anthracene, fluorene, fluoranthene, and phenanthrene – during growth of 3
legume seedlings - cow pea, mungbean, and longbean - planted in varied combination of PAH contaminant in soil. Results showed that mungbean growth was more sensitive to PAH co-contaminated
soil than cow pea and longbean. Co-contamination of all 4 PAHs was more toxic to legume than each pair of PAHs. Shoot length and fresh weight of legume seedling were more sensitive to co-contamination
of all 4 PAHs than root length. Dry weight of legume seedling was the least sensitive to co-contamination of all PAHs.

Using execution plan for SQL tuning
ศุภอรรถกร, ชาญชัย
Database system is a collection of information that can be easily accessed, managed, and updated. With the rapid expansion of the Internet, database overload is increasing rapidly. Large amount of data, complexity of information and needs for quick responses had caused critical problems of database access. One of the techniques to optimize effectiveness of query is to use SQL tuning. The improved SQL could speed up database access and save the resources of computer. This article introduces a tool called ‘execution plan for SQL tuning’. In addition, an example is also provided to check the processing of SQL command.
