This research aims to develop a web-based instruction (WBI) applied in the computer technology course. The proposed WBI composed of the following components: lessons of the computer technology course, pre-test and post-test exam: determining the effectiveness of the proposed work, and user satisfaction questionnaires. It is also evaluated a study achievement and a usage satisfaction by using efficiency and effectiveness test of lessons, and satisfaction test of users. In this work, users are the second year students in major of Computer Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon, for 30 students. For experiments, the results show that its efficiency is 80.13/83.67, which are met studied the proposed WBI are also higher than students who studied with ordinary courses, at the statistical significant level 0.05 furthermore, an average of students’ satisfactions score is 4.20, which determines students satisfy with the proposed WBI at a high-level. Finally, it can be concluded that the proposed WBI is effective

The research paper is considered as quantitative work which has the following objectives: 1) to study Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staffs A&#13;
Study of behavioral factors associated with the use of online registration via the website.2) to study the relationship between their attitude and behavior towards using the&#13;
registration system via the website. And 3) The compare problems in the system register online the website. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The subjects&#13;
of the study are 51 in-service teaching staff and 349 undergraduate students from 9 faculties. The instruments in this research consisted of questionnaire which the data&#13;
were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, X2 t-test, oneway analysis of variance and Scheffe’s method were utilized for data analysis.&#13;
&#13;
The results of the study revealed that:&#13;
1. The behavioral factors associated were age, status and experience of used internet that related with behavior towards using the registration system via the website.&#13;
In the objective of using the registration system via the website, the time and location was statistically significant at 0.05 levels.&#13;
2. A good attitude in using the registration system via the online website had related with behavior of using the registration system via the website. The objective and&#13;
the time of using the registration system via the website were different.&#13;
3. The behavioral factors associated were gender, status and learning center &#13;
which had related with different problem in using the registration system via the website.

The objectives of this research were to 1) develop the Multimedia&#13;
Computer Assisted Instruction for Teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting&#13;
Design 2) compare learning achievement between before and after learning 3) evaluate&#13;
students’ learning progress and 4) study students’ satisfaction on the Multimedia Computer&#13;
Assisted Instruction.&#13;
The sample studied were 28 third year students belonging to the&#13;
field of electrical power engineering, faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University&#13;
of Technology Phra Nakon. The instruments of this research included 1) the Multimedia&#13;
Computer Assisted Instruction for teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting&#13;
Design 2) an quality evaluation questionnaire of the Multimedia Computer Assisted&#13;
Instruction 3) pretest and posttest of learning achievement and 4) student satisfaction&#13;
questionnaire on the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction.&#13;
The results were as follow:&#13;
1. The efficiency of the Multimedia Computer Assisted Instruction&#13;
for teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting Design was 81.45/85.71 which&#13;
was higher than the criteria set of 80/80.&#13;
2. The mean score of posttest ( X = 12.68) was significantly higher than pretest ( X = 5.54) at .01 level.&#13;
ง&#13;
3. The evaluation result of learning progress by the method of&#13;
Average Normalized Gain was 0.77 which was in a high progress level.&#13;
4. Students’ satisfaction on the Multimedia Computer Assisted&#13;
Instruction for teaching Illuminant Engineering on Interior Lighting Design was at the&#13;
level of the most satisfaction ( X = 4.80).

The research aims were 1) to develop and find out the efficiencies of the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching to be efficient in accordance with defined 80/80 criteria, 2) to compare the learning achievement before and after learning of students who studied with the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching, and 3) to find out the students’ satisfaction towards the program.&#13;
A purposive sampling technique was employed to obtain the subjects of this study who were 30 Engineering students of Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Rajamanagala University of Technology Pranakhon. They were registered in the second semester of academic year 2013. For instruments were as follows: the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching, the evaluation form of the multimedia computer instruction program, the students’ achievement tests, and the questionnaire of students’ satisfaction. After the experiment, the scores obtained from the test were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.&#13;
The results of the study showed that the efficiency of the multimedia computer Instruction program on Information Services and Information Searching for Information Services and Information Searching was 81.22/83.55 which was higher than the specified criteria of 80/80. The scores of after learning with the multimedia computer Instruction program were significantly higher than the scores of before learning at .05 level. And, the students revealed that they were highly satisfied with the program.
