The sample population included 320 staffts from RMUTP. The questionnaire was a research instrument. Analysis statistics was done by percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation and frequency. The research results can be summarized as follows: 1. Overall Conditions and Problems of Internal Educational Quality Assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was highly rated. 2. Problems and obstacles encountered in the implementation of quality assurance which are related to standards such as the quality of graduates, standards of research productive, standard of service standards, Institute and Personnel Development.
