This research had the objective to design and develop power production from daily life leftovers for their highest benefit of utilization by using the principle of quality function development and power generator that changed mechanical energy into electric energy. In developing electric generator product from air conditioner condensing unit, the researcher found that there were 4 important factors including speed, installation distance, size and cross-sectional area of the fan and the test was conducted between 8.00-17.00 hours. The researcher collected the data and analyzed the test result and found that the best result in the test was to install the product at the distance of 10 cm by using an 18" fan in order to acquire the best voltage and the data were collected so that they could be implemented in developing such product in the future.

Carbide Insert efficiency development of this research equivalent to standard insert type : SEKN1203AFTN. For the higher operating efficiency is the machining time by the tool life increased for rough machine of face milling machine. Flank designed to have a flow slot coolant, flow rate of coolant to have a incrased convenient flow as a result, the surface and cutting edges less heat. The machining ability is different compared to the unslot in flank. The flank slot reduces the contact and slot, which to have coolant flow and friction force milling machining. As a result the milling time was 26.31%, the vibration was reduced by 35% and the workpiece surface Roughness was reduced 62.79%. As a result to development the phototype product is performance in using and cutting edge increased. It can be apply in using Cement Tungsten Carbide in sustainable industries.

The purpose of this research was to study level of the preliminary cost calculate for a large building in Roi Et province and to study the factors that affected on initial cost reduction of large building constructions in Roi Et province. The sample group used in this research were devisers, supervisors, project managers and construction contractors in Roi Et province. There were 5 projects with a total of 145 people. The instruments used in the research were a 5 level rating estimation questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the hypothesis tested by using Multiple Linear Regression with (Enter Regression). The result of the research shows that An analysis of opinion on principal control of large building constructions in Roi Et province. It was found that the practice level was at the highest level. Which is arranged in order from the highest average to the lowest, namely machinery cost, material cost, contractor cost, operating cost and labor costs, respectively. and The analysis of Regression Model Development for Preliminary Calculate Cost of construction works had resulted in lowering the initial cost of large building constructions in Roi Et Province of 5 factors included structural design, architectural design, interior design, system design and exterior design. Resulting in reducing the initial cost of large building constructions in Roi Et province with statistical significance at the level of .01 level.

Using copper wire instead of gold wire can reduce a lot of cost in IC production of semiconductor industrial. However, the circuit stability (Circuit Reliability) is less than the use of goal wire. Therefore, the study to improve the production of integrated circuits in the part of the wire bonding process by increasing the baking process. It is an important process to improve the quality of the integrated circuit between Cu wire and chip. For this experimental study of baking process, it was performed by comparing IMC values at 175 ˚C and 200 ˚C. The quality of workpiece was tested and measured by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) machine every 30 minutes. The research experiment found that the temperature with effect to the workpiece quality to stabilize the IMC value was 175 ˚C for 9 hours nevertheless the new temperature at 200 ˚C, it has been applied with only 3 hours. Finally, the IMC testing result is higher than the average of the at 60% standard acceptable level as other research reviews and it also higher than the acceptable level of the industry level at 80%. Hence, this result can reduce time, cost of IC and workpieces production and it also including the higher quality of the products.
