Designing lady's costume by receiving the idea from ancient Greek's costume

Abstract

This project had objective for learning and designing about lady's costumes by bringing the idea from ancient Greek's costume pattern. and develop cotstume's patterns that can wear in nowadays. this projects started from learning ancient Greek's costume by bringing the costume's identity that time to develop for being pattem of making lady's costume. from the result, equipment that used for this research can separate into 2 parts : costume's pattern, color, and technique. from the picture of ancient Greek's costume found that costume's structure is quite loose, not fit, had clothes or blanket bind around body including the way to plait which is the identity of ancient Greek's costume. and develop them to be the idea for designingm by adapt costume's pattern to be more modern, outstanding, beautiful, in trend, applicable, and can wear in daily life. the result and dexigning in this minor thesis showed that there were desinging costume 5 sets. for designing and developing lady costume's pattern we brought ancient Greek's costume to be the idea for developing costume's pattern which could wear in daily's life
