dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to provide the understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), compare to the expectation of public in CSR and find the factors of CSR activities in eight corporate industries.
The samples are 400 publics in Bangkok, who answer the closed end questionnaires. A quantitative analysis by percentage, mean, compare-mean and multiple regression that are on significant 95 percentages.
The finding are three parts, at first the most understanding in CSR is the social and culture dimension (mean=4.467).
Second, some differences geographical samples determine the expectation in CSR.
Third the factors to describe CSR of eight corporate industries, are as follows this 1) agriculture and food industry is the social and culture dimension, 2) consumption and consume industry is the voluntariness dimension, 3) financial industry is the social and culture dimension, 4) automobile and materials industry is the stakeholder dimension, 5) immovable property industry is the social and culture dimension, 6) natural resources industry is social and culture dimension, 7) service industry is environmental dimension and 8) technological industry is the stakeholder dimension.
Further more, the corporate in every industrial should be concern CSR on maximize profit to nation, public and corporate. | en_US |
