This research aims at developing an integrated system for the study of the graduates in the computing needs of professional establishments. By ICT, which was developed for use as a tool to get their opinions and needs of workers and enterprises and the characteristics of graduates with skills five areas: ethics, knowledge, skills and intellectual, relationships and responsibilities and numerical analysis of the communications and information technology. According to the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education 2552. The sample comprises establishments and practitioners in the computer profession, 60. Tools used in the research was a questionnaire to measure the needs of enterprises and practitioners with graduate skills in 5 areas. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation values.
