    Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the Labor Productivity Rating of workers and the quality of work that has been done, by studying dry process bored pile, which is 0.50 x 24.00 meters in diameter, 170 piles at the construction of a building in Bangkok. Researchers conducted a cycle closed system of dry process bored pile into the four activities are: (1) the movement of the drill into the bored pile position (2) the casing procedure (3) the reinforcement procedure, and (4) the pouring of the concrete and casing removal. The results showed that yield of dry process bored pile have an averaged Labor Productivity Rating about 275.31 minutes/pile The Quality jf the research has been divided into two cases: (1) quality of bored pile, by testing the integrity of the pile by the Seismic Integrity Testing method, in the standards of ASTM o 5882-00, found that 95.30 percent of the piles were in perfect condition, and a slightly defective of 4.70 percent, and (2) the position of bored pile, found to be in accordance with allowable error of 100 percent. The results of the study can be utilized in work planning, estimating cost of Labor, and monitoring and tracking the progress of the work.
