Study of attitude and interest of thai culinary training course for juvenile : case study, central juvenile vocational training center
Abstract
Objectives of this research are to study comparison of the attitude and interest of the training course in Thai culinary Training for trainees in Juvenile Vocational Training Center using ages, educational status and time of training as comparison criteria. Sample group was 254 trainees in the Juvenile Vocational Training Center which were chosen by stratified sampling method. Questionnaires were used as the tool to analyze frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation, One-way ANOVA and multiple comparison test by Scheffe’s method were used.
