The objectives of this research are to study perception and satisfaction of
using activity transcript of RMUTP students and staffs and study troubles and
problems, recommended and guidelines for improving activity transcript by doing
the random sampling of 394 persons including of 367 RMUTP students one-year
levels from 9 faculties in 2557 semester who are studying bachelor degree and 27
RMUTP staffs from 9 faculties. Tools for collecting data are questionnaires on
perception and satisfaction of activity transcript by choosing one answer from
multiple choices with 5 rating scales and Open Ended questions. Analyzing data by
using ready-made computer program SPSS for descriptive statistic; frequency,
percentile, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics; t-test, One-way
ANOVA, and analysis method. All test statistics is statistically significant at 0.05
levels. The results can be summarized as follows:
1. General information of answerers discovered that most students are male
= 56.7% studying in 4 - 5 years curriculum bachelor degree = 84.2% and most
students are faculty of Business Administration = 38.4%. Staff using specific
questionnaires discovered that most staffs are female = 51.9% and to be under
faculty = 11.1%. All of answerers status are students = 93.1% and students under
faculty of Business Administration = 36.5%
2. Basic knowledge of Activity Transcript are discovered that most students
= 52.71% are correct. The topic that most students got correct answer is Item 2)
“Number of activities and number of hours activities of students who are studying in
4 - 5 years curriculum bachelor degree must attend?” = 67.6%. Most of staffs
= 64.08% are correct. The topic that most staffs got correct answer is Item 6) “What
kind of sources that students can attend activities?” = 96.3%. All of answerers
(students and staffs) = 53.48% are correct and the topic that most got correct answers
is Item 6) “What kind of sources that students can attend activities?” = 69.3%.
3. Satisfaction of students towards Activity Transcript of RMUTP when
considering side by side discovered high average is structure of Activity Transcript
= 4.13 and moderation is benefit of Activity Transcript = 4.13 and low average is
student activity information system of Activity Transcript = 4.03. Satisfaction of staffs
towards Activity Transcript of RMUTP when considering side by side discovered high
average is structure of Activity Transcript = 4.08 and moderation is benefit of Activity
Transcript = 4.07 and low average is student activity information system of Activity
Transcript = 3.96. Satisfaction of answerers (students and staffs) towards Activity
Transcript of RMUTP when considering side by side discovered high average is
structure of Activity Transcript = 4.13 and moderation is benefit of Activity Transcript
= 4.12 and low average is student activity information system of Activity Transcript
= 4.02.
4. Comparison of average scores for the satisfaction of using Activity
Transcript of RMUTP students and staffs classified by sex, curriculum, faculties and
status discovered that students with different sex and faculties were satisfied
towards Activity Transcript of RMUTP is different. Students with different curriculum
were satisfied toward Activity Transcript of RMUTP is not much different. Staffs are
different sex were satisfy towards Activity Transcript of RMUTP is not much different.
Staffs from different faculties were satisfied towards Activity Transcript of RMUTP is
different. In addition, students and staffs with different status were satisfied towards
Activity Transcript of RMUTP is different.
5. Suggestion: students and staffs more than half were perception of using
Activity Transcript and overview of satisfaction toward Activity Transcript is high
level. However when considering side by side and suggestion discovered structure of
Activity Transcript is also decrease number of activities and number of hours activities
in each curriculum for suitable structure and not impact to education. In addition,
presently activities created by faculties and university is not much sufficient and
varieties for students. Student activity information system should be more promoted
and adequate equipment for record number of activities is required. Moreover
Student activity information system should be more stable, accurate and efficiency
for Activity Transcript of RMUTP to continuously maintain development of better
quality and effectiveness.
