The purpose of this research was to study the direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability which was studied by industrial textile and fashion design faculty, Rajamangala Phra-nakhon University of Technology. The sample of this result was used of graduate students, manufacturing, entrepreneur and lecturer. The research tools were used questionnaires, assessment and data analysis by SPSS for window and Microsoft Excel frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the obtained data.
The results of the study showed about direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability that most of the respondents were graduate students had concerned about the relationship and responsibility as priority which the opinion scored as highest as X ̅ = 4.19 and their Ethics scored as X ̅ = 4.03, The manufacturing and entrepreneur scored high for almost topic; cognitive skills domain scored as( X) ̅ = 4.00, psychomotor domain scored as X ̅= 3.92, knowledge domain scored as( X) ̅ = 3.63, and relationship and responsibility domain scored as X ̅ = 3.59. But the scored of numerical analysis, communication and information as medium as X ̅ = 2.83, the lecturer were most concentration about psychomotor domain as scored as X ̅= 4.03 which was the most popular, the others domain was high scored; Ethics domain was scored asX ̅ =3.88, knowledge domain was scored as X ̅= 3.80, Relationship and responsibility domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.70), cognitive skills domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.54).
