Abstract
Health Tourism is Thailand’s strategic plan for promoting as a hub of Asia or to be a
Medical Hub since 2004, categorized into four groups: Medical Services, health promotion
services, traditional medical services, health and herbal products. Health services have continuing growth so this research studied on futurist scenario focused on promoting health agencies toward foreigners. This research aimed for 1) study push and pill factors that influence for medical tourism, medical services, health services, health and herbal medicine follow by international standard 2) study of medical tourism, medical services, health services, health and herbal medicine follow by international standard 3) synthesize a pattern pulled push and pull factors that affect medical tourism and healthcare services sectors. Data collection using Delphi and EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) results can perform a scenario to execute for marketing strategy for the Health agencies in Bangkok. The results are Thai medical services provide impressive services with reasonable price which are attracted to tourist. The pattern of services, hospital should include integrate full services, applied local wisdom of herb wisdom of herb while cure patient for being fully Thai traditional services. All services provided should publicize to foreigner clearly in positioning of Thai health services. Reduce restrictions that obstruct services and in order to prevent therapists shifting to other countries. Hospital may combine beauty services along with health services and state that clearly in its product positioning.
