|Abstract: ||The purpose of this research were to follow up the Graduated students and to examine the satisfaction of the Enterprises towards the efficiency of work perfonnance of graduated students from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in!999 -2004
The population of this research is about 500 bachelors who graduated in academic years 1999 -2004 and the enterprises who oversee the graduates from the faculty of Home Economics, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
The instruments used for collecting data were the questionnaire about working data and the questionnaire about the satisfaction of the enterprises for examining working performance covering 3 aspects; capacity ofworking, morality, human relations, attitude towards their work, and responsibility for career convention . They are consisted of rating scale and open -ended questions
The statistics used to analyse the data are percentage , mean , and standard deviation The results revealed that,
I. The graduated students who graduated between 1999 -2004 have almost worked as employees.
The satisfaction level towards their faculty were high.
The satisfaction level towards their university and the Faculty ofHome Economics were at the highest level.
The overall satisfaction of the enterprises towards work perfonnance of the graduated between 1999 -2004 was at high level. For individual items consideration found that the satisfaction level were at high level in morality, human relations, attitude towards their work and capacity in working respectively.|
