|Abstract: ||The purpose of the research was first to study the need of information technology application in , second to study the types of information technology services that is effectively corresponding to the need of users. The third is to study information technology application in cassroom teaching and the last forth is to apply all these strategies to Rajamangala University orf technology phra Nakhon.
In the research, the examined population was both academic staffs and students of Rajamangala Univessity of Technology Phra Nakhon. Their samping mumbers selected from all 9 faculties were total 1,506 people,counted of 80.97 percentages. The research tool used was questionnaires in order to engaging the effectiveness and the need of basic factor of information technology. For the data analysis, one=way analsis of variance (ANOVA) approach was chosen for the study.
In this study, the results showed that most staffs thought it had majior effectiveness of information technology mangement with a mean value off 3.475 whereas most students though it was medium effectiveness with a mean value 3.393. For the needs of information technology, most staffs considered it a hight range of an average at 4.420, while the students believed its importance with an average of 3.686. Besides, for this same need, both staffs and students from various facultes had same major opinons that there was no difference at the statistic significant level of 0.05|
