A Study of the assessment and the awareness of the students, faculty and staff on the activities provided by the Academic Resource Center of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Bangkok Commercial Campus

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1 to study the faculty,staff,and students of Rajamangala University of Technology phra Nakhon,Bangkok Commeraial Campus's assessment of services rendered by Academic Resource Center (ARC) and awareness of various kinds of services;2 to compare the sub-samples rating and awareness; and 3 to study the problems and recommendations regarding ARC's servies voiced by the sample. Data from 507 surveyed samoles were analyzed by using descriotive statistics, i.e.percentage,mean,and standard devition; and t-test."
