Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1 to study the faculty,staff,and students of Rajamangala University of Technology phra Nakhon,Bangkok Commeraial Campus's assessment of services rendered by Academic Resource Center (ARC) and awareness of various kinds of services;2 to compare the sub-samples rating and awareness; and 3 to study the problems and recommendations regarding ARC's servies voiced by the sample. Data from 507 surveyed samoles were analyzed by using descriotive statistics, i.e.percentage,mean,and standard devition; and t-test."
