A Students of Personality Development to have self-actualization for Teacher of Students at Machanical Engineering

Abstract

This survey research has a purpose to study the personality of students at the Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangkala University of Technology Phranakhon. The improvement of test questionnaire 16 PF (Sixteen Personality Test ) of Raymond B. Cat Resort from the total of 108 students who, using a tiered Iandscape sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Students from Mechanical Engineering. Tools used in evaluation of research data using a questionnaire and data analysis methods.Calculate overall percentage of arithmetic mean (arithmetic mean) on median comparisons t-test and F-test of student's personality areas.
