A study of the needs for instruction development of faculty of science and technology in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon according to the perception of students and teachers
Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study the needs in the instruction development ot the Faculty of Science and Technology in Raiamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon, according to the students' and the teachers' perception. The study target groups consist of 220 students and 45 teachers. The tool used was the questionnaires. The data anaalysis was the percentage,the mean, and the standard deviation.
It was found that the needs in the instruction development according to the students' perception was the building area at the hign level. and the minimum need was the assessment and evaluation of the instruction.The needs in the teacher's perception is the budget management As for the teachers' needs, it was shown that the administrators should buy sufficient instructional materials and they should find external budget to develop the faculty in various topics effciently. As for general administration, their needs were that the administrators should develop the faculty
information system to be always up-to-date.
