The research of “Market Opportunity for SME Thai Herbal Skincare Product in Bangkok Metropolitan” is a qualitative research. Research objectives are: 1) to study Thai Herbal skincare product in Bangkok metropolitan affect to market opportunity and its expansion 2) to analyze SME Thai herbal skincare systems that affect to market expansion. Samples using were 3 groups of Thai Herbal skincare product stand for grade A B and C while high quality stand for grade A, Thai Herbal skincare product for medium quality stand for grade B and Thai Herbal skincare product in low quality stand for grade C. Market expansion were tested among 3 groups of population those were adolescence, middle-aged and elderly by in-depth interviews under Delphi Techniques with 17 samplings in area of the effectiveness and product system of herbal skincare product grade A B and C. Data collected were by questionnaire with open-ended questions technique collected for 3 rounds. Data analyzing using median, mode and interquartile range (IR).
The research was found that: 1) the effectiveness quality in SME Thai herbal skincare product has related to market opportunity in high range 2) the administrative system of SME Thai herbal skincare product has related to market opportunities in moderate range 3) factors affecting to market expansion were such as quality followed pharmaceutical standard, raw materials standard affect to marketing the expansion in high level. While product laboratory tested and consumer protection affected to market expansion at moderate level.
