dcterms.abstract | This independent study was conducted to investigate demographic factors, Level of
quality of work life, level of employee engagement, relationship between demographic factors and
employee engagement, and relationship between the quality of work life and employee
engagement.
The sample used in the study consisted of 256 employees of a Life Insurance Company.
The statistics used for data analysis comprised Frequency, Percentage, Meen, Standard
Deviation, Independent Samples t-test, F-test, One-Way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference, and
Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of the study shown that most respondents were female, aged 21-30 years
old, status single, bachelor's degree, had more than 0-5 years of work experience, earned an
average monthly in come of 10,001-20,001 Baht. The overall quality of work life of the employee
was at a moderate level with a mean of 3.39, while the overall employee engagement was at a
high level a mean of 3.48, Different gender did not affect the employee engagement, and it was
found that age, status, level of education, work experience, and monthly income had relationship
with the employee engagement at 0.05 level of significance. The overall and individual aspect of
quality of work life had relationship with the employee engagement at 0.05 level of significance,
The job aspect contributes to the social integration of the worker showed a high-level with a
