Online marketing communication for nontum, nakhon ratchasima
Abstract
This special project is made with the objectives of developing an online marketing media showcasing the craftsmanship of Nontum Community, Nakon Ratchasima and to evaluate the satisfaction of the online marketing media. The website is developed for the users to be able to view the products and the videos
showing the process of making the products. The website, in addition, links to the other social media, for instances, Facebook, and LINE. With the use of questionnaire tools, the survey is conducted by having 24 participants do the 5-level satisfaction questionnaire to collect the data on potential participants who will interest in the products from the craftsman group. The data is then analyzed statistically by using
frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. From the analyzed data, it is found that 1) Online marketing media for craftsman group in Nontum Community, Nakhon Ratchasima is eligible for use 2) The product users are highly satisfied with the online marketing media (With the 𝑥̅ of 4.48, S.D. of 0.63).
