The purposes of this research were to analyze arts and sciences educational management circumstance in general education course of higher education. Including study arts and sciences educational management in general education course in the 21st century. They were mixed method research. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and content analysis.
It was found that the current circumstance of arts and sciences educational management in general education course of higher education found 3 parts; (1) the teaching process in general education courses focused on relationship skills, knowledge, cognitive skills and the numerical analysis teaching (2) responsive subjects in teaching methods, the instructor focused on instruction emphasizing on the combination approach, teaching used practice and research teaching (3) teaching activities, the instructor emphasized in classroom activities rather than outside classroom activities. The approach of arts and science educational management in general education courses corresponds to learning in the 21st century found that focus on living and working with teaching process in the moral and ethics, the knowledge, cognitive skills, relationship skills and the numerical analysis. The cognitive skills and innovation should focus on the teaching of moral and ethics and the knowledge and IT skills, media and technology should focus on moral and ethics teaching, the knowledge and cognitive skills.
