dc.description.abstractThis research study is a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. The objectives are: 1) study the present conditions and barriers 2) preparation 3) factors that effect to the preparation 4) find the ways to prepare 5) form to prepare and 6) the format to prepare in ASEAN. There are two types of administrators namely administrators, teachers and staff who related to the quantitative data of 285 sets of questionnaires. To collect and analyze data already processed with statistical program R to determine the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and qualitative information to select 20 people of administrators, teachers and staff then verify the accuracy of the content with content analysis. The results showed that the current problems in education: 1) A curriculum does not support the needs of ASEAN community 2) Premises is inadequate and not ready in education management 3.) budget is not enough In the preparation of education management to enter the ASEAN 4) lack of person who in charge of education management 5) Material is inadequate in preparing the study for the ASEAN community. The preparation for ASEAN community 1)to practice English 2) to prepare teachers to enter the ASEAN 3) researchers who are ready to do the research to develop education management 4) sufficient staff are available in English teaching 5) to prepare the budget usage for the ASEAN 6) executives with expertise in education management , determinant factor for the promotion of education in preparation for the ASEAN community. The overall image is moderate. The SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses is high level. The guidelines of educational policies for ASEAN community is at high level, the budget has been prepared adequately for the preparation of education in the ASEAN community is at high level. For qualitative information is about the Rmutp. policy in 4 M. [ man , money, management, and marketing ] for education. There is not ready yet to prepare the English course of nine faculties, must train both of teachers and students in English to welcome ASEAN community for being attract the Thai students and foreign students in ASEAN countries.en_US
