This research aimed to study the factors for the development of creative recruiting
activities. Of students in the Faculty of Architecture and Design Rajamangala University of
Technology Phra Nakhon Intended to 1) To analyze the key elements in creating a creative

From 169 students According to the research, 53.3 percent of the students were male and
46.7 percent were female. 1st year students 41.4% 2nd year students 23.7% 3rd year
17.8% 4th year students 17.2% They are studying architecture 29.6%, in product design,
53.3%, in packaging and printing, 17.2%. Students' comments section on the patterns of
freshman recruiting and cheer meetings. Relationship activities The overall mean was at a
