Abstract

This research is to study the condition, problem, and needs of the organization in the management of supplies of parcel operators. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, all 4 aspects are procurement Control and distribution of parcels Maintenance And the distribution of supplies to study guidelines for the development of parcel management for parcel workers Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Classified by problem condition and procurement development approach by collecting data between October 2019 and September 2020, it was a survey research using questionnaire tools which consisted of 3 parts: The respondents, which were demographic characteristics, 2) problem conditions and procurement development approach, and 3) other recommendations. Personnel under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, number 100 people. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. And use statistical statistics for the analysis of related factors. The study found that Problem condition and procurement development approach Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Procurement side Chief supplies officer and the supplies staff have knowledge and understanding in the performance of their responsibilities, which are clear, transparent, fast and prompt to use. Procurement follows regulations at every step. And the parcel officer has to record and maintain the parcel efficiently and can be used all the time. Parcel distribution The damaged parcel is sold in accordance with the regulations. The parcel officer has knowledge and understanding in the process of disposing of parcels correctly.
