Attitudes quality of life and human relationships affecting the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok
Abstract
This research aims to study attitudes, quality of life, and human relationships affecting the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. The sample group consisted of 400 professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics using were descriptive statistics like frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics.
The results showed that most respondents were female, aged between 31 – 40 years, with a bachelor's degree and an average monthly income between 30,001 - 40,000 baht. The overall work attitude factor is at a very agreeable level. The mean value was 3.81. The overall Quality of life at work factor was at high level of agreement. The mean was 3.73, and overall human relations at work factor was at a high level ofagreement with an average of 3.88. Work attitude and human relations at work factors had a statistically significant effect on the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok at the 0.05 level.
