dc.description.abstractThe study of ethical behaviors through students' perception in the field of business administration in Rajamangala Institute of Technology Bangkok Commercial Campus was a study to find seven ethical behaviors of the students, those were : honesty, discipline, generosity, responsibility, hard-working, self-reliance, and gratitude. The purpose of this research was to study seven aspects of ethical behaviors through students' perception and compare the ethical behaviors between sex and learning achievement. The sample of this study selected by using simple random sampling technique from students in six majors of business administration field of study. In each major -Accounting, Marketing, Infonnation System, Management, Business English, and Finance -50 students was selected as sample of the study, totally 300 students. A questionnaire was used in collecting data. The findings were as follow : It was found that the ethical behaviors through the students' perception was totally in high level. As for each aspect, it was in high level 5 ones -gratitude, honesty, self-reliance, discipline , and responsibility respectively. For the medium level, there were two aspects: hard-working and enerosity. The comparison of ethical behaviors through students' perception by sex found that ethical behaviors of male students were totally in the medium level, and female students were in high level. When considering in each aspect ofboth sexes, the highest means was in gratitude, honesty was lower. The total of comparison was found statistically significant difference at the 0.5 level. It was also found that there were four differences in statistical significance at the 0.5 level -honesty, discipline, responsibility, and self-reliance. The comparison of ethical behaviors through students' perception by learning achievement found that totally ethical behaviors of students with low achievement (lower than 2.00) were in the medium level. Students with medium achievement (2.00 -2.99) and those with high achievement (3.00 -4.00) were in high level. When considering each aspect of students with low, medium, and high achievement, the highest means was in gratitude and followed by honesty except students with low learning achievement, the lower level was discipline. The result of totally comparison was different at the 0.5 statistical significance level. There were two different aspects with statistical significance at the 0.5 level in the aspect of honesty and self-reliance.en_US
