The expectency of students,instructors and administators towards the characteristics of bussines instructors Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

Abstract

The Purpose ot this study was to study and compare students and instructoes' expectation toward the characteristics of business instructors in Rafamangala University of Technology Phra Bakhon in 3 aspects : knowledge; Ethics;and personality. The students and instructors wree classified by gender ,ages,Faculty,status,major subjects and academic years. The samples in this research were 370 students of Faculty of Business Administration and 222 instructors in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The 59 item questionnaires of Likert's rating scales was used as the research instrument.Percentage,mean,standard deviation,t-test for independent sample,F-test and "LSD"
