The problems and utilization of instruction innovations of lecturer in Faculty of Industrial Education

This is a survey research. Its aim is an attempt to study and present the problems and Utilization of Instruction Innovations of Faculty of Industrial Education’s lectures,Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data collections were selected from population sampling of the Faculty of Industrial Education which consist of four departments with 38 lecture samples by using the purposive sampling. Research Methodology To study the problems and utilization of instruction innovations of the Faculty of Industrial Education’s lecture, questionnaires were provided to collect data by using the average percentage, value of standard deviation, T-test and F-test technique. The following research results are : 1. The sexual differences of lectures has no any problems in using instruction innovation. 2. The different age levels of lecture have no problems in using instruction innovation. 3. For the lecture’s educational background, there are no any problems in using instruction innovation. 4. Lectures in different departments of Faculty of Industrial Education have no any problems in using instruction innovation. 5. Lectures of Faculty of Industrial Education have a problem in using instruction innovation is at the moderate level. 6. According to the research results , the most internal important problematic factor is the attitude’s lecture toward the necessary of instruction innovation. 7. The most external important problematic factor is the lack of financial supporting on production instruction innovation. 8. Lectures under the Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering department have problems in difficulty of using instruction innovation more than Electrical Engineering’s lecturers.
