Satisfaction of the Housing Loan Users of The Kasikornbank PCL at MinBuri District in Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The purpose of this Independent Study (IS) is to study and compare the satisfaction of the housing mortgage users of the Kasikornbank PCL at Minburi District in Bangkok Metropolitan,regarding product, price, promotion, distribution places, and personnel, categorized to gender, age, status, education level, income, occupation, housing mortgage usage in other financial institutions,and the amount of credit line needed. The result from the study indicated that the service users, collectively, showed high level of satisfaction. It was found that the sample group showed high level of satisfaction to 2 topics, i.e., highest in the product and followed by the personnel. When comparing service of users having different gender, age, status, education level, income and occupation, collectively and perspectively, it showed statistically insignificant differences, while users of housing mortgage in other different financial institutions and users who need different amount of credit line collectively, it showed statistically significant difference, in satisfaction of the housing mortgage users of the Kasikornbank PCL at Minburi District in Bangkok Metropolitan, at the level of 0.05.
