Customers’ Satisfaction towards the Services of True Shop Future Park Rangsit
Abstract
The purposes of this research are to study the customers’ satisfaction to the services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit, to compare the customers’ satisfaction to the services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit, and to collect suggestions from the customers’ satisfaction to the services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit, classified as per personal factors. The sampling groups being used in the study are 400 customers using services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit. Information were gathered by questionnaires, and data were analyzed by Statistical Value, Percentile, Average, Standard Deviation, Chi-Square Analysis for Testing Relationship, and Statistical Independent Sample t-test and One Way ANOVA methods, whenever significant statistical differences were encountered, using LSD for testing in pairs. The result of the study showed that the customers’ satisfaction to the services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit, were at the high level in every criteria. The sampling group were satisfied, firstly, with the factor of process, followed by the factor of marketing promotion, and lastly, factors of production and physical presentation. And the hypothesis testing indicated that the sampling group with different level of education showed the different level of satisfaction to the services at TRUE-shop in Future-Park, Rangsit, with statistical significance of 0.05
