Development Policy of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

Abstract

The objective of this article is to present the Development Policy of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), which is specified as a tool in developing the University during the president term (2014-2018). The focus of Development Policy consists of 9 plans: (1) education development in academic excellence and professional expertise, (2) quality development of student reflecting the identity of University, (3) creative research development, (4) efficient academic service for national sustainable development, (5) art, culture and environment maintenance which are the global wisdom, (6) organization management for quality and good governance principles, (7) staff development for quality and value, (8) pushing the University towards Asean Economic Community and standardizing the University towards the global acceptability, (9) preparation for being autonomous university in the future. Moreover, the strategies, measures and development models in accordance with the Development Policy are also presented.
