The design of handicraft product from palm leaf for consumer satisfaction and demand at tambon takaok, amper bantak, tak province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) Study behavior and demand of consumers for handicraft product from palm leaf. 2) Design and development handicraft product from palm Leaf. 3) Study of consumer satisfaction for handicraft product from palm Leaf. The results found that. the community of housewife at Tambon Takaok choose artificial flowers and bag. Demand of the buyer in Tall vase flower arrangements, Image of Buddha decorate with flower, spherical vase flower arrangements and corsages, handbag , purse and cosmetic bag. Pass the tested to Thai Community Product Standard.The result of customer satisfaction showed that the average highest satisfaction product was spherical vase flower arrangements, corsages and tall vase flower arrangements. The average high satisfaction product was Image of Buddha decorate with flower,cosmetic bag,purse and handbag .
