dc.description.abstract | The research is study motives the affect participation in quality assurance personal of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon from example group of 182 people which classified by sex, ages, position, educational degree, field of work and working life. This research is used themethod is collecting data by question tool themethod is questionare tool fo collected data that could be two categorized include knowledge, skills and attitudes. The questionnaire is five rating scales that analyze the result by frequency percent average, the average of standard deviation and T-test independent by using one way ANOVA.
The results were as follows :
From one hundred percent of the personnel of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon whom 63.70 persent classified by the educational field and 36.30% support line are ready to enter into Asean community which could be seen average in whole picture. After considering in three aspects, the result appeared that knowledge and skills of personnel are also average. However, the attitude of personnel was considered in a high level. Hypothetic test result was found that there was no difference among the personnel with difference sex, ages, educational degree, field of work and working life in their readiness in entering Asean Community. position, | en_US |
