Knowledge of Food and Food Consumption

The research aimed to study the food knowledge study the food consumption behavior and study the relation between the food knowledge and food consumption behavior correlation of the overweight of undergraduate students, Home Economics Technology, Rajamanggala University of Technology Phra nakhon. The samples of this study were 171 overweight of undergraduate students, Bacheloe's Degree. The Purposive Sampling were used. A tests and questionnaires were used to gather the data. The data were analyzed using frequency,percentage,mean,standard deviation and Pearson' Product Moment Correlation. The study found that : 1. 60.3 percent of the sample had the knowledge of food at good level. 2. The sample had food consumption behaveior at moderate level. 3. Knowledge of food and food consumption behavior were not related to the overweight.
