Bachelor of Engineer Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with Life Long Education Career

Abstract

Managing the bachelor educational level of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon is a mission goal to strengthen on science and technology and capable to recruit form the industrial markets, Eventually, the applied technologies grow up with the higher managing administration. The researchers stress on human resource developments to make the progress of professional practices, which made us interested into find-out the life long studying on working period of the graduated students from faculty of engineering The research objectives are as follows : 1. The alumni's requirements to change and/or to make more than one of the educational certification. 2. Defined the pathways of the higher qualitative educational aims. 3. To study the relationship between the educational framework and the life long studying on working period of the participants around Bangkok city, suburb, and urban of 300 persons. The results, we found that among the requirement to change their certification, and to improve their knowledge on professional, to require more of the subjects on industrial management field, Human relation, and the advanced technology subjects on a top of requests. The most requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Mechanical engineering to require Mechanical mechanics I, Air-conditioning. The highest requirement from the alumni want to change the certifications to Computer engineering field, to require the subjects on Data communication, Computer network and practice. The more requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Electronics and Telecommunication field to require the subjects on Electronic analysis, Microware engineering and practice. The highest requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Industrial engineering field to require the subjects on Engineering management, Maintenance engineering and Production and planning. On remarks among requirements to further study from all participants, they want to study on higher degree of education 131 persons or 43.7 percentages of population, to improve their performance 93 persons or 31.0 percentages, and want to get more benefit from further studies is 76 persons or 25.3 percentages.
