and used to bring about our university development. It identified 9 key strategies that led the adoption of university development, including all university missions such as holistic integrated
curriculum development, strengthening specific vocational education, strategic management,student development, professional development, academic service to community, art, culture and environment conservation, integrated research invention and innovation development, as well as,knowledge published and transfered to achieve the excellence.
