dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to finf the way for the development of educational management of Rajamangala Uaiversity of Technology Phra Nakhon by 1) studying input factoes:students,instructors,and teaching-learning facilitators 2) comparing learning achievemant of students classified by gender,kind of former school, curriculum of study,field of study,former certification, hometown,and enrollment system 3) studying the relationships between grade point average (GPA) of Business Administration Faculty before and after studying at the faculty and 4) comparing learning achievement of students who did and not study basic English and Mathematics. The sample studied were 1) all 10]349 students who enrolled in the academic year of 2009 and 2) 2,440 students studying in the academic year 2010 selected by purposive sampling. The data was collected through questionnaires constructed by researcher.The statistics used for data Coefficient,one way analysis of variance,and Schffe's multiple comparison method.en_US
