dc.description.abstractThis research presented an online approach to verify entire Thai Fingerprint through fingerprint scanner U.are.U 4000 model, using Hausdorff Distance Technique for similarity measurements. The Fingerprint Verification Using Hausdorff Distance Technique system consists of image preprocessing, minutia feature extraction from two type (ridge ending and bifurcation) and verification process. In the image preprocessing include brightness enhancement, contrast enhancement, orientation field, frequency ridge, gabor filtering, binarization and thinning, which are sufficient to enhance the image for feature extraction. Only features extraction was recorded for fingerprint verification. The experimental result demonstrates 93.33% of verification accuracy.en_US
